ORDERS OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTIAL U.S.
For orders shipped outside the Continental United States to locations in Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Canada or APO/FPO addresses, we will work with you to select the most cost-effective shipping method that also allows us to track your package. To obtain a personalized quote for the shipping charge, please send an email to Customer Service Please keep in mind that you may also have to pay local duty fees upon delivery.
RETURN POLICY
We accept returns within 45 days of the purchase date. Returned items must be in original, unworn condition with the manufacturer's tags attached. The packaging may be opened so the item can be tried on. Items identified as close-out or discontinued are not returnable.
RETURN PROCESS
Returning or exchanging products at Shehunts.com can be a simple and easy process by following the steps outlined, below:
1. Log into My Account and find the section entitled My Orders.
2. Click on View the Orders I Have Made and all pending and delivered orders will be visible.
3. Find and select the appropriate order that contains the item you wish to return.
4. Please note that the order must be in a Delivered status to complete this process.
5. Find the item you wish to send back, and click on the return prompt [Need to Return this Product?]
6. Complete and confirm the information on the return form and Submit.
7. You will receive a confirmation email containing an authorization number (RMA #) and instructions.
EXCHANGES
If you would like an exchange, please indicate what other item or size you would like to order in the Comments section and we will ship it immediately upon receipt of the return. Price adjustments will be made at the point we ship the exchanged item. Exchanges incur our regular shipping and handling fees.
